SWTOR Beta Weekend Opens, New Trailer Released

I have been buying gold for 5 years and have not been banned.
I have never purchased BoE’s though, however, considering the price of the BoE’s to buy online it is much cheaper to buy gold, then purchase the BoE’s in-game.

I would agree with Ekki totally.
buying gold will definitely not get you banned – blizzard wants your service more than anything… although you could get hacked etc. if you don’t have an authenticator.

Don’t bother buying boe’s though, just buy gold and then get the boe’s if you want them, more choice and everything and im sure it would be cheaper.

A lot of my friends buy gold etc and have never been banned however they have been hacked before the authenticators were released.

Blizzard Talks Diablo 3 for Console

Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Diablo III are inching toward reality. With Blizzard filling out its development team, the company has been talking about its ambitions for the project.

The PC version of the game is set to release early in 2012. A console version has been long touted, but never officially announced. But the company has been hiring for just such a project, with Joshua Mosquiera, former creative director at Ubisoft, taking the lead.

In an interview with Game Informer magazine, Diablo III director Jay Wilson said, “We don’t want to port it. We want to build it for console. There’s a key difference. Certainly, a lot of things get brought over, but a port is trying to take a PC game and graft it onto a console.

“Our goal is to make a game that feels like it’s natively made made for a console. If we make it, we want it to feel like a Blizzard game and that we built it for that platform from the ground up.”

He added, “We are still in active exploring mode. We haven’t officially announced a product. We like our product announcements to be a big deal. We haven’t been as secretive about this one because our biggest barrier is actually getting a console team.”
